Project Consultation,
Supply & Unpack
We always offer a price throughout the process to supply as we work as close as possible thought out the process to ensure our budget price is as close as possible to the end price we would offer, once all the volumes are reviewed, we always challenge the supply chain to see if there is any additional deals they can offer. On one major project, a manufacture offered post pricing if the client would move some glasses to their range, they would offer the entire Cutlery across the venue for free, this transpired to a net saving of £250K to the end user.
- Delivery consolidation
As with all supply different suppliers will deliver on different days or different times, we ensure that no matter where the items are coming from, they are delivered on a set day, this could be even that a venue has 5 floors one floor is available per week. We ensure all the equipment is delivered per floor and in separate consignments lab bled per room, so it doesn’t have to be split on site delaying install time. - Unpack Service
Most operators have been there with large volumes of waste from deliveries or the laborious task or peeling stickers off every glass that’s delivered. We remove this hassle from the end user and make sure it is completed for them. It is just one hassle we can take away to make mobilising a new project easier.

We work with clients to keep them up to date on products and new releases, innovative items that could be used on future menus. - Identify/implement cost savings
Work with end uses and manufactures to streamline ongoing procurement creating approved product lists with different manufactures to ensure the client gets the best price, where they may only by 200 items in a venue but maybe have 35 orders per year, this needs to be considered as a large order not lots of small order and thus should get the discounts appropriate to the larger volumes. - Monitor venues ensuring they are purchasing in line with company SOP’s
As ongoing support work with different venues across a client estate to help educate what can be purchased and what the corporate financial structure is. Often, we find that the vast amounts of product that are available slightly different products are used.
